Centre Lathe Turning - Up to 500 mm Dia. x 2.7mm between centres.
CNC Turning - Up to 290mm Dia. X 1.25m between centres.
Milling - Horizontal - Vertical CNC
CNC Drilling and Tapping
Slotting and Broaching - Up to 100mm stroke Drilling - 1,2 and 4 spindle machines. Up to 50mm dia. Capacity. Radial drilling
Surface Grinding - up to 600mm x 250mm.

Fabrication Shop:

Welding - 3 bays with MIG - TIG - ARC.
Aluminium Welding
Material cutting - Automatic sawing of stock bar up to 350mm Dia. Cold saw up to 75mm Dia. Band saw 150mm x 600mm throat. Shearing - Notching - Punching up to 10mm thick.
Bending - 50 Tonne Hydraulic press. Fly press and Tube bender.
Specilaist in Stainless Steel machining and fabrication.
Design - We offer a design and manufacture service including CAD.
Delivery - Our own van delivery or collecting service is available.
